Q- What payment methods do you accept?

A- We accept cash, checks, and these credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

Q- Do you follow any privacy policy?

A- Yes. We respect your privacy, and that very much includes your personal details. Please read our Privacy Policy page for more information.

Q- How do I know I can trust you?

A- We have been providing reliable quality services for years and are proud of our reputation. Our employees never eat, drink or smoke at the workplace. Our housekeepers and cleaning staff are bonded, insured and regularly supervised. And we stay in touch with you regularly to monitor your satisfaction.

Q- Do I have to provide the supplies and the equipment needed for cleaning?

A- No, our crew comes prepared with all the supplies necessary for the job at hand. However, if you wish, we will be happy to clean with your products and supplies.

Q- Is there a liability to pay worker's compensation, insurance or employment taxes?

A- We take care of personal liability with regard to work-related injuries and Social Security taxes. We are fully insured, licensed and bonded, unlike many independent services that leave homeowners liable.

Q- Do I need to be at my apartment when your maid comes to do the cleaning?

A- You need not stay at home for a house cleaning job. You can leave your keys with us and we – in turn – will ensure that only the maids who clean your house have access to it. For added security, we individually code and cross-reference the keys. If you are still not comfortable leaving your keys, we can make special arrangements to accommodate your specific requirements.

Q- What do I do if I need to reschedule my service?

A- Please call at least 48 hours before your scheduled home cleaning when rescheduling a service. Rescheduling without proper notice can be a problem and we may have to charge you for having to reassign your regular service team without notice.

Q- What happens if I forget about my scheduled cleaning?

A- We will typically remind you of your appointment to prevent this from happening. Since the maids are scheduled in advance, we appreciate a call at least at least 48 hours before your cleaning date for cancellations and rescheduling.

Q- Is there any reason to worry about the valuables I have in my house?

A- Although we have a theft protection plan that covers any theft upon conviction, we recommend that you do not leave any cash or valuables lying around your home.

Q- Are the people working in my apartment background-checked?

A- Yes, they are. We do not hire a new house cleaner unless the person provides 2 verifiable references and a stable work history. We also make sure that none of our house cleaners have any felony convictions.

Q- Do you provide insurance for damage?

A- If anything is broken or damaged accidentally, our housekeepers will immediately notify our office and we will make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. The insured value is limited to the repair cost or replacement value, whichever is less.

Q- When, after it has been cleaned, can I start using my carpet?

A- Ideally, you need to keep pets, children and regular traffic off a carpet for about six hours after it has been cleaned. You could, however, use it lightly immediately after it's been cleaned by wearing socks or clean house slippers.

Q- What happens when I am not satisfied with the quality of service being delivered?

A- We believe in total customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with our services, please call us and we will immediately resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
